How to Request Data Deletion
If you have submitted your information via a Facebook Lead Form or our website and wish for your data to be permanently removed from our systems, you can initiate a request using any of the following methods:
Email Request (Recommended): Send an email to enquiries@infinityheatpumps.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Please include your full name and the email/phone number you used so we can accurately identify your record.

How We Process Your Request
Identification: We will verify your identity to ensure we are deleting the correct data.
Removal from App & CRM: Once verified, we will trigger a manual deletion from our proprietary application (hosted on Vercel) and our internal CRM.
Confirmation: We will provide you with a confirmation email or code once the deletion is complete, typically within 48–72 hours (and no later than 30 days per legal requirements).
Exceptions: Please note that if you have already signed a contract for installation, we are legally required by the MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme) and HMRC to retain specific project data for warranty and tax purposes.
