When you submit a lead form on Facebook, your data is not stored on third-party automation platforms. Instead, it is transferred directly from Facebook to our secure application environment via encrypted Webhooks or API calls.
Information Collected: Full name, email, phone number, postcode, and current heating system.
Technical Purpose: This direct transfer allows us to provide real-time responses and immediate eligibility checks for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
3. Data Infrastructure (Vercel & EU Residency)
Your data is processed and stored within the European Union (EU) using Vercel’s regional infrastructure.
Data Sovereignty: We utilize Vercel’s EU-based nodes to ensure that lead data is handled in accordance with UK and EU data protection standards.
Legal Transfer Mechanism: As our hosting provider, Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the UK Extension, providing a lawful basis for any metadata processing that may occur within their global network.
Security: Data is protected by TLS 1.2+ encryption during transit and AES-256 encryption at rest within our application database.
4. Purpose of Processing
We use your data exclusively to:
Contact you regarding your Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) enquiry.
Assess technical suitability and grant eligibility for your property.
Book a technical site survey.
Facilitate finance applications through our partner, Phoenix Financial Consultants Limited (FRN: 998134), should you request it.

We do not sell your data. We only share it with:
MCS & RECC: For mandatory installation registration and consumer protection.
Ofgem: For the administration of the £7,500 Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant.

Retention: Lead data is held for 6 months if no installation occurs. For successful installations, records are kept for 10 years for warranty and compliance.
